    You may complain all you want in this thread. The server took a dive yesterday and I've been working with the hosting company to bring it back up, which it is now. Sorry for the downtime.

    Does your server host any other domains or services?

    ARE YOU BLOWN AWAY BY HOW FAST THE SITE LOADS NOW? You should be. I spent an hour or two optimizing some database stuff this afternoon, and now we've cut the server load by more than 80%. Fantastic!

    The server hosts:

    - my blog
    - my brother's random site
    - his wife's webcomic blog
    - my mom's business' website
    - a few random clients
    - three or four sites that no one ever visits

    Most of the traffic comes my gullible and my blog.
