    Question: "Aldrich Hutchins, was born in 1943, with 18 toes, more toes than any other person on record." However, I googled it and found no links to verify this story. Please tell me where I could check and find more info about this incredible man?

    Answer: You were looking for more information about Mr. Aldrich Hutchins. Attached to this post you will find one of the few photographs of him before he underwent surgery to remove eight of his toes. Unfortunately, because of poor preservation, the only photo that exists is one of only his left foot, which had 8 toes, pale in comparison to his right foot, with a whopping 10 toes!

    Wow, it's really too bad that there aren't any photos of of his right foot, I would really love to see that. I wonder how it fit. Was his foot wider?

    Hmm...that's really strange. I scanned it off some microfiche that clearly labeled it as his left foot.

    Microfiche reels before 1963 didn't have today's differen colors on each side of the microfiche tape. Often in my research, I've come across many a clumsily mislabeled piece of microfiche.
